54 presets converted from Serum to Vital with serum2vital. Left: the Serum original. Right: the converted preset played in Vital, both headless renders of the same MIDI phrase (48:0:2.5,48:2.7:0.35,51:3.2:0.35,53:3.7:0.35,55:4.2:0.35,48:4.7:2, note:start:duration). Under each name: the closeness metrics against the Serum clip and every note the converter left about that preset. Distance = mean |dB| difference over 1/6-octave bands + |level offset|; lower is closer, under 3 is near exact. Presets from Serum 2 have no original clip because Serum 2 cannot be rendered headlessly.
